It includes a survey and analysis of border management and border apprehension data from 22 States obtained via a questionnaire disseminated to border agencies; Ministries of Interior and other national authorities dealing with issues related to irregular migration. The Yearbook features also a topical Special Module; like for instance; on the Detention of Migrants and Asylum Seekers in 2013.
